If your complaint remains unresolved after this, you can escalate it to the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) by visiting the CASE website. CASE will assess the situation and work to mediate a resolution between you and Abnk.

When you request to delete your ABNK account, we will permanently delete your personal information from our systems. However, certain data may be retained for legal and regulatory reasons. This is especially important for compliance in financial services, where specific information must be preserved for a required period. To proceed with deleting your ABNK account, please send a request to our support team by emailing help@abnk.ai. Our team will review your request and follow up with any additional steps or verification needed to complete the deletion process.

There will be a processing fee of up to 1.67% of the transaction amount per instalment. If you do not pay your dues on time, you could be charged further admin fees of up to $30 for each late payment.

Your monthly bills will be charged automatically to your default payment method. If successful, there is no action required on your part. If you wish to make an early repayment, navigate to the "Manage" screen on the app, and select "Pay dues". You have the option of paying off either the current month's due, or the total outstanding amount.
